If the Carcheck page is displayed incorrectly and/or buttons are missing, please delete the cookies for the Carcheck website, clear the browser cache and refresh the page. 

For Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Safari, this can be initiated - as an alternative via the browser settings - with the key combination ctrl + F5.
