How do I link the Trade-in price guarantee from Carcheck to a new Stellantis car offer?
As soon as the appraisal is completed and a guaranteed trade-in price has been returned, the Carcheck file moves from the Pricing in progress to the Trade-in price proposed tab.
Select the Trade-in proposed tab in the trade-in price dashboard of CarCheck and select the File you wish to link to a new car order.
To link the Trade-in price guarantee with an offer for a new vehicle, access the data for the new vehicle offer via your order management software and enter the NRM record ID under the relevant field:
Thanks to a data synchronisation, all relevant data will be transmitted between your order management software and Carcheck.
