How do I raise a customer support ticket?

There are two routes to raising a customer service ticket for CarCheck.

1. KnowledgeBase Route
2. ChatBot Route

1. Knowledge Base

At the foot of the Knowledge Base landing page you will have the option to "Submit a Ticket" as shown below....



Here you are able to enter your details including name, company e-mail, a headline of the issue and details of your query.

NB: Please include any reference numbers or screenshots you think may help us understand the difficulties you are experiencing.


2. Chat Bot

At any time within the Chat on CarCheck you can select the "My Topic is not Listed" option...


Once selected you will be given the option to  send a "request"...



You will then be prompted to send us your  details including name, company e-mail, a headline of the issue and details of your query.
