“NRM Record ID” - what is it & where/how to find it
As soon as a guaranteed trade-in price is submitted by autobiz, the status of the appraisal file changes from ''Pricing in progress'' to ''Trade-in proposed''. At the same time, an NRM record ID is generated which can be added as a reference in the New Car sales software to the profile of the new vehicle, thus linking the Carcheck file as a trade-in to the data of the new vehicle.
It is displayed directly under the file number in the overview of the valuation of the used vehicle.
In addition to the file number and the VIN, this data can be used as another primary search criteria for the profile in the aftermath.
