Where does autobiz Carcheck fit into the Stellantis Omnichannel?

When making an Online purchse of a Stellantis vehicle online within the Omnichannel, end customers will be promted to choose if they wish to trade-in their current vehicle to help fund the new vehicle purchase.

Should customers choose this option autobiz Carcheck is the trade-in solution attatched to Omnichannel when a customer purchases a new Stellantis vehicle with a trade-in element.

The online customer will use Carcheck to complete an appraisal on their smartphone. This appraisal will be processed by autobiz and a binding offer sent to the end customer. Once this binding offer has been accepted by the customer it will be attatched to the new car purchase order and the customer will select a Stellantis registerred dealership as the location for the handover of both the new and trade-in vehicles.

Once these elements of the trade are combined you the Agent will be informed that your place of business has been selected as the handover location and you will be given 48 hrs to decide if you want to purchase the trade-in vehicle for your own stock. You will be informed of this pre-emption opportunity via e-mail.

NB: these pre-emption vehicles are vehicles that you would not otherwise have access to. If you want to have access to this stock supply it is important that you are proficient in the use of autobiz Carcheck.
