Why do I need to take a photo of the VIN plate?

This is the only confirmation we accept that the vehicle in the pictures matches the information in the vehicle documents. We realise the ViN plate on certain vehicles may be difficult to find but unfortunately we cannot provide a guaranteed trade-in price without a picture of it.
