To guide users through the software functionality there is a Help ChatBot available in autobiz CarCheck.
To open the ChatBot login to CarCheck and click the following Icon...
...in the bottom right corner of your screen.
Then please select your language from the list provided...
You will then be asked to confirm that you are a part of the Agency or Genuine Agency business model...
...and then to pick the manifacturer with which you are associated.
Once this is confirmed you will be offered the opportunity to read your trade-in terms and conditions and asked to confirm that you have read them before landing on the subject pick list...
...please choose the category into which your issue falls.
If for any reason you are unable to find the information you require please choose the "my topic is not listed" option and you will be given the opportunity to either explore further our full KnowledgeBase website or to request a ticket direct with Customer Support....
If you choose to send a request you will be asked to fill in your name, company e-mail address and (optional) phone number before being asked to give a headline description of your issue...
followed by a detailed description of that issue...
Once you have hit enter you will receive an e-mail containing a customer service ticket number which we will reference when communicating with you via e-mail...
